EmpowerHer aims to uplift and support the growth of women in the health technology sector, by providing mentorship opportunities for women who are interested in pursuing or advancing their careers in this field.Â
EmpowerHer aims to empower, inspire, and support participants through meaningful and mutually beneficial mentorship relationships.

EmpowerHer welcomes a new cohort of mentees and mentors every year.
In 2026, we will be offering two mentoring options:

1:1 Mentoring - where a mentor and mentee are matched for the duration of the programme)
-
Mentoring Circles - a great option for people who would prefer a group dynamic, with ability to learn and grow with peers and a dedicated mentor. Each mentoring circle will focus on a particular topic / goal.
There will be a number of in-person meet ups for the entire cohort, offering opportunities to connect with each other, share experiences, and learn new skills through dedicated workshop sessions.
