Women in Health Tech at the Digital Health Week Conference
Women in Health Tech held our third meeting for 2019, Strengthening Inclusion and Diversity in the Health Technology Sector at Digital Health Week Conference in Hamilton on Thursday the 21st of November. To be a world class health system we need to encourage all organisations to foster cultures where individuals can thrive personally and professionally.

Sponsored by Orion Health, with an audience of different genders and ethnicity representing both public and private organisations from throughout NZ, the room was at full capacity. Kate Rhind, Chair of Women in Health Tech facilitated the meeting. Dan Chee, Manager, Human Capital, Deloitte presented Global Women Report and Nikki Dines, GM of People – Revenue & Employee Engagement at Air New Zealand talked about the strategies Air New Zealand are implementing to increase inclusion and diversity throughout the organisation.
